Connect to SaasConsole
Connect your Google Cloud Account to SaaSConsole
Requirements:
- Google Workspace Account
Steps:
- Login to SaaSConsole
- Navigate to the Integration section.
- Find Google Cloud integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
- Click on the Connect button.
- Sign in to your Google Workspace account.
Manage Google Admin Groups within SaaSConsole
Connect Google Admin Groups to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click on Google Admin. This feature allows you to manage Google admin groups within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available groups.
- Select a group you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected groups.
Create Google Admin through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click on Google Admin. This feature allows you to create groups within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the add icon to create a Google Admin group. This will open up the create modal.
- To create a group, users are required to provide a group name and email. Users are also provided with an option to automatically connect the group to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
- Once satisfied with the group information, click the Create button. This action will create a new group for your Google Workspace
Edit Google Admin Groups through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Connected Google Admin Group.
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Admin. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- To edit a Google Admin group, simply hover your mouse over the connected group name, and you will see a pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon to access the group editing options. This will open the Edit Modal, where you can make the necessary changes.
- To edit a group, users are allowed to update the group name, and description.
- Once satisfied with the group information, click the Save button. This action will update the group on your Google Workspace.
Manage Google Admin members through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.
- Group Members
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Admin. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- To manage members, click on the connected group and navigate to the role column. Select the desired role for each member.
Manage Google Cloud Platform within SaaSConsole
Connect Google Cloud Platform project to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Cloud Platform. This feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available projects.
- Select a project you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the Google admin groups of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected projects.
Create Google Cloud Platform project through SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.

- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Cloud Platform. This feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
- To manage roles, click on the connected project and navigate to the role column. Click on the Pencil Icon, and an edit role modal will appear. Select the desired role for each member.
Manage Google Drive within SaaSConsole
Connect Google Drive/File to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Drive. This feature allows you to manage drives and files within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available drives and files.
- Select a folder or file you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the Google admin groups of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as people with access to your selected drives and files.
Create Google Drive/File through SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Drive. This feature allows you to manage drives and files within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the add icon to create a Google Drive. This will open up the create modal.
- To create a drive, users are required to provide a drive name. Users are also provided with an option to automatically connect the drive to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
- Once satisfied with the drive information, click the Create button. This action will create a new drive for your Google Workspace

Manage Google Drive Permissions through SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.
- Connected Google Cloud Platform project.
Steps:
- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Google Drive. This feature allows you to manage drives and files within SaaSConsole.
- To manage permissions, click on the connected drives/files and navigate to the permissions section. From there, select the role options and choose the desired role for Google Admin groups.
Manage Firebase within SaaSConsole
Connect Firebase project to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Connected Google Admin Group.

- Under Google Cloud Integration, click Firebase. This feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available projects.

Import Google Cloud users and groups within SaaSConsole
Import Users to SaaSConsole
Requirements:
- Google Cloud Integration Connection.
Steps:
- Navigate to the People section.
- Click on Add People, and the dropdown will appear. Select Import from Google Admin.
- A list of Google Admin users will be displayed. Choose the users you want to add to SaaSConsole.
Import Groups to SaaSConsole
Requirements:
- Google Cloud Integration Connection.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Groups section.
- Click on Add Group, and the dropdown will appear. Select Import from Google Admin.
- A list of Google Admin users will be displayed. Choose the groups you want to add to SaaSConsole. The system will validate if you have enough available license seats to accommodate all the users in the selected groups.
Disconnect from SaaSConsole
Disconnect your Google Cloud Integration
Requirements:
- Google Cloud Integration Connection.
Steps:
- Login to SaaSConsole.
- Go to the Integration section.
- Locate the connected integration.
- Click on the Disconnect button.
- A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
- Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
