Connect to SaasConsole
Connect your Microsoft 365 Account to SaasConsole
Requirements:
- Office 365 Account
- Office 365 Organization
Steps:
- Login to SaaSConsole
- Navigate to the Integration section.
- Find Office 365 integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
- Click on the Connect button.
- Sign in with your Office 365 account.
Manage Office License within SaaSConsole
Connect office license to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Office Licenses
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Office License Management. This feature allows you to manage the license within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available licenses.
- Select a license that you wish to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action will automatically assign the connected license to the members of your SaaSConsole group.
Assign a license to a member through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Office Licenses
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Office License Management. This feature allows you to manage the license within SaaSConsole.
- To assign a license to a member, click on the desired license, and then click the Assign button.
Manage Azure Active Directory within SaaSConsole
Connect Azure active directory to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Azure Active Directory. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available groups.
- Select a group you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected group.
Create an Azure active directory through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Azure Active Directory. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the add icon to create a group. This will open up the create modal.
- To create a group, users are required to provide a group name. Users are also provided with an option to automatically connect the group to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
- Once satisfied with the group information, click the Create button. This action will create a new group for your Microsoft Account.
Edit an Azure active directory through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Users must have a connected Office 365 team.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Azure Active Directory. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- To edit a group, simply hover your mouse over the connected group name, and you will see a pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon to access the group editing options. This will open the Edit Modal, where you can make the necessary changes.
- To edit a group, users are allowed to update the group name and description.
- Once satisfied with the group information, click the Save button. This action will update the groups on your Microsoft Account.
Manage members of the Azure Active Directory through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Users must have a connected Office 365 team.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on Azure Active Directory. This feature allows you to manage groups within SaaSConsole.
- To manage a member, click on the connected group and then check or uncheck to change the role.
Manage OneDrive within SaaSConsole
Connect OneDrive to SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
Users must have a connected Office License.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on OneDrive. This feature allows you to manage folders within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the dropdown option to view all the available folders.
- Select a folder you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected folder.
Create a OneDrive through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Users must have a connected Office License.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on OneDrive. This feature allows you to manage OneDrive within SaaSConsole.
- Click on the add icon to create a OneDrive. This will open up the create modal.
- To create a OneDrive, users are required to provide a OneDrive name. Users are also provided with an option to automatically connect the OneDrive to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
- Once satisfied with the OneDrive information, click the Create button. This action will create a new OneDrive for your Microsoft Account.
Edit a OneDrive through the SaaSConsole Group

- Users must have a connected Office License.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on OneDrive. This feature allows you to manage OneDrive within SaaSConsole.

Manage user management of OneDrive through the SaaSConsole Group
Requirements:
- Users must have a connected Office License.
Steps:
- Under Microsoft 365 Integration, click on OneDrive. This feature allows you to manage OneDrive within SaaSConsole.
- To manage the members, click on the desired connected OneDrive and navigate to User Management. From there, you can change the role of each member.
Import Microsoft users within SaaSConsole
Import Users to SaaSConsole
Requirements:
Microsoft Integration Connection.
Steps:
- Navigate to the People section.
- Click on Add People, and the dropdown will appear. Select Import from Azure Admin.
- A list of Azure Active Directory users will be displayed. Choose the users you want to add to SaaSConsole.
Disconnect from SaaSConsole
Disconnect your Microsoft 365 Integration
Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 Integration Connection.
Steps:
- Login to SaaSConsole.
- Go to the Integration section.
- Locate the connected integration.
- Click on the Disconnect button.
- A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
- Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
