Connect to SaasConsole

Connect your Asana Account to SaasConsole

Requirements:

  • Asana Account

Steps:

    1. Login to SaaSConsole
    2. Navigate to the Integration section.
    3. Find Asana integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
    4. Click on the Connect button.
    5. Sign in with your Asana Account
    6. After successfully signing in, a Select Organization Modal will appear
    7. Select your preferred organization from your account that you will use within SaaSConsole

Manage Teams within SaaSConsole

Connect Asana Teams to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account

Steps:


  1. Under Asana Integration, click on Teams. This feature allows you to manage teams within SaaSConsole.

  2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available teams.
  3. Select a team you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group and its participants. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected team.
Create Asana Team through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click on Teams. This feature allows you to manage teams within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on the add icon to create an Asana team. This will open up the Create Team Modal.
  3. To create a team, users are required to provide a team name. Users are also provided an option to provide a team description and automatically connect the created asana team to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
  4. Once satisfied with the Team information, click the Create button. This action will create a new team in your Asana account.
Edit Asana Team through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click Teams, this feature allows you to manage teams within SaaSConsole.

  2. To edit an Asana group, hover your mouse on the connected Asana team name, and a pencil icon will appear. Click on the icon to edit the team. This will open up the Update Asana Team Modal.
  3. To edit a team, users are allowed to update the Name and Description of the Asana team.
  4. Once satisfied with the Team Name and Description, click the Update button. This action will update the team on your Asana Account.
Disconnect Asana Team through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click Asana Team Management, this feature allows you to manage teams within SaaSConsole.

  2. To disconnect an Asana team, navigate to the action column on the connected Asana Team name. Click on the trash icon to disconnect the team. This will open up the Disconnection Confirm modal.
  3. Once you are sure to disconnect the team, click the remove button. This action will remove the connection of your Asana team and its projects to the SaaSConsole group and its members.

Manage Projects within SaaSConsole

View Asana Projects to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account
  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under integration for Asana Integration, click Teams, this feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.

  2. Click on the one of your connected Asana team. Once the accordion of the selected team is opened, click on the Project tab.
  3. This will show all projects that exist within the connected Asana team.
Create Asana Project through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account
  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click Teams, this feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on one of your connected Asana teams. Once the accordion of the selected team is opened, click on the Project tab.
  3. Click on the Create Project button. This will open the Create Team Modal.
  4. To create a project, users are required to provide a project name. They also have a choice to automatically connect the created Asana project to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the Connect to this group option on the create modal.
  5. Once satisfied with the Project name, click the Create button. This action will create a new project for your selected connected Asana team in your Asana Account.
Edit Asana Project through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account
  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click Teams, this feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on one of your connected Asana teams. Once the accordion of the selected team is opened, click on the Project tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon on the Action column of your selected project. This will open the Edit Project Modal.
  4. To edit a project, users are allowed to update the Name of the Asana project
  5. Once satisfied with the Project Name, click the Update button. This action will update the project on your Asana Account.
Delete Asana Project through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Asana Account
  • Connected Asana Team

Steps:

  1. Under Asana Integration, click Teams, this feature allows you to manage projects within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on one of your connected Asana teams. Once the accordion of the selected team is opened, click on the Project tab.
  3. To delete a project/s, first click on the checkbox of the project/s you want to to delete. 
  4. Once you are sure to delete the project/s, click the remove button. This action will delete the selected project/s on the connected Asana team.

Disconnect from SaaSConsole

Disconnect your Asana Integration

Requirements:

  • Asana Integration Connection

Steps:

  1. Login to SaaSConsole.
  2. Go to the Integration section.
  3. Locate the connected integration.
  4. Click on the Disconnect button.
  5. A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
  6. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
