Connect to SaaSConsole

Connect your AWS Account to SaaSConsole

Requirements:

  • AWS Account
  • AWS Organization

Steps:

    1. Login to SaaSConsole
    2. Navigate to the Integration section.
    3. Find AWS integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
    4. Click on the Connect button.
    5. Connect your AWS account.

      a. Connect your AWS Account to SaasConsole using Cross Account

      b. Connect your AWS Account to SaasConsole using Access and Secret Key

 

Manage AWS IAM within SaaSConsole

Connect AWS IAM User Groups to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • AWS account

Steps:


  1. Under AWS Integration, click on IAM. This feature allows you to manage IAM within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available user groups.
  3. Select a user group you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected team. However, before proceeding, you need to manage the usernames for each member.
Create IAM through the SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • AWS account

Steps:


  1. Under AWS Integration, click on IAM. This feature allows you to create a user group within SaaSConsole.
  2. Click on the add icon to create a user group. This will open up the create modal.
  3. To create a user group, users are required to provide a user group name. Users are also provided with an option to automatically connect the user group to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
  4. Once satisfied with the user group information, click the Create button. This action will create a new user group for your AWS Account.
Attach IAM User Group Permissions Policies through SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Connected User Group

Steps:


  1. Under AWS Integration, click on IAM. This feature allows you to manage IAM within SaaSConsole.

  2. Select a connected user group and click on Permissions to view all the attached permissions policies.
  3. Navigate to Attach Policies to view all the available permissions policies.
  4. Select the desired policies to attach to the user group.
Remove IAM User Group Permissions Policies through SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

  • Connected User Group

Steps:


  1. Under AWS Integration, click on IAM. This feature allows you to manage IAM within SaaSConsole.

  2. Select a connected user group and click on Permissions to view all the permissions policies.
  3. Select the policies you desired to remove from the connected user group. This action will create a new user group for your AWS Account.

Manage AWS Usernames within SaaSConsole

Manage AWS Usernames

Requirements:

  • Users must have members on the SaaSConsole group

Steps:


  1. Under AWS Integration, click Manage Usernames. This feature allows you to manage AWS usernames within SaaSConsole.
  2. To set usernames for the members, click on the options and select the desired username for each member.

Disconnect from SaaSConsole

Disconnect your AWS Integration

Requirements:

  • AWS Integration Connection

Steps:

  1. Login to SaaSConsole.
  2. Go to the Integration section.
  3. Locate the connected integration.

  4. Click on the Disconnect button.

  5. A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
  6. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
