Connect to SaaSConsole

Connect your Hootsuite Account to SaaSConsole

Requirements:

  • Hootsuite Account

Steps:

    1. Login to SaaSConsole
    2. Navigate to the Integration section.
    3. Find Hootsuite integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
    4. Click on the Connect button.
    5. Sign in to your Hootsuite account.

Manage Teams within SaaSConsole

Connect Hootsuite Teams to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

    Steps:


    1. Under Hootsuite Integration, click on Teams. This feature allows you to manage the Teams and its members.

    2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available Teams.
    3. Select a Team you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group and its members. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected Hootsuite Team.
    Create Hootsuite Team through the SaaSConsole Group

    Requirements:

      1. Under Hootsuite Integration, click on Hootsuite Teams. This feature allows you to manage the Hootsuite Teams and its members.

      2. Click on the add icon to create a Hootsuite Team. This will open up the Create Team Modal.
      3. To create a Hootsuite team, the user is required to provide a Name. The user is also provided with an option to automatically connect the created Hootsuite Team to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
      4. Once satisfied with the Team information, click the Create button. This action will create a new Hootsuite Team to your Hootsuite Account.
      Edit Hootsuite Teams through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Hootsuite Team

      Steps:


      1. Under integration for Hootsuite Integration, click Teams. This feature allows you to manage the Hootsuite teams and its members.

      2. To edit a Hootsuite Team, navigate on the connected Hootsuite Team name. Click on the icon to edit the group. This will open up the Edit Hootsuite Team Modal.
      3. To edit a Hootsuite team, users are allowed to update the Hootsuite Team Name.
      4. Once satisfied with the Hootsuite Team information, click the Update button. This action will update the Hootsuite team on your Hootsuite account.
      Disconnect Hootsuite Teams in the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Hootsuite Team

      Steps:


      1. Under Hootsuite Integration, click Hootsuite Teams. This feature allows you to manage the Hootsuite teams.

      2. To disconnect a Hootsuite Team, navigate to the rightmost part of the connected Hootsuite team name. Click on the circle with the “x” icon to disconnect the Group. This will open up the Disconnect Confirmation modal.
      3. Once you are sure to disconnect the Group, click the Remove button. This action will remove the Hootsuite Team members from the SaaSConsole Group and its connection in the SaaSConsole Group.

      Disconnect your Hootsuite Integration

      Steps:

      1. Login to SaaSConsole.
      2. Go to the Integration section.
      3. Locate the connected integration.

      4. Click on the Disconnect button.

      5. A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
      6. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
