Connect to SaaSConsole

Connect your Trello Account to SaaSConsole

Requirements:

  • Hootsuite Account

Steps:

    1. Login to SaaSConsole
    2. Navigate to the Integration section.
    3. Find Trello integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
    4. Click on the Connect button.
    5. Sign in to your Trello account.

Manage Workspaces within SaaSConsole

Connect Trello Workspace to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

    Steps:


    1. Under Trello Integration, click on Workspaces. This feature allows you to manage the members who can access the boards.

    2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available workspaces.
    3. Select a workspace you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group and its members. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected workspace.
    Create Trello Workspaces through the SaaSConsole Group

    Requirements:

      Steps:


      1. Under Trello Integration, click on Trello Workspaces. This feature allows you to manage members who can access the boards.

      2. Click on the add icon to create a Trello workspace. This will open up the Create Workspace Modal.
      3. To create a workspace, the user is required to provide a Name and Type of the workspace. They can also add a Description to it. The user is also provided with an option to automatically connect the created workspace to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
      4. Once satisfied with the Workspace information, click the Create button. This action will create a new workspace to your Trello Account.
      Edit Trello Workspace through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Trello Workspace

      Steps:


      1. Under integration for Trello Integration, click Workspacest. This feature allows you to manage the members who can access the boards.

      2. To edit a Trello workspace, navigate on the connected Trello workspace name. Click on the icon to edit the workspace. This will open up the Edit Workspace Modal.
      3. To edit a workspace, users are allowed to update the Trello workspace information.
      4. Once satisfied with the Workspace information, click the Update button. This action will update the workspace on your Trello Account.
      Disconnect Trello Workspace in the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Trello Workspace

      Steps:


      1. Under integration for Trello Integration, click Workspacest. This feature allows you to manage the members who can access the boards.

      2. To disconnect a Trello workspace, navigate to the rightmost part of the connected Trello workspace name. Click on the circle with the “x” icon to disconnect the workspace. This will open up the Disconnect Confirmation modal.
      3. Once you are sure to disconnect the workspace, click the Remove button. This action will remove the workspace connection in the SaaSConsole Group.

      Manage Trello Boards within SaaSConsole

      Connect group to SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • User must have a Trello account.

      Steps:


      1. Under integration for Trello Integration, click Trello Boards, this feature allows you to manage the boards and members associated with the workspace within SaaSConsole.

      2. Upon clicking the workspace, a list will appear showing the boards associated with the said workspace.
      Create a Trello Board through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Users must have a Trello account and a connected Trello Workspace

      Steps:


      1. Under Trello Integration, click Trello Boards, this feature allows you to manage the boards and members associated with the workspace within SaaSConsole.
      2. Click on the add icon to create a new Trello Board. This will open up the Create Trello Board Modal.
      3. To create a board, users are required to provide a board name and select which Workspace the board will be created. Users are also provided an option to automatically connect the created Trello board to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the Connect to this group option on the create modal.
      4. Once satisfied with the Board name, click the Create button. This action will create a new board in the workspace for your Trello Account.
      Edit a Trello Board through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Trello Workspace with Boards

      Steps:


      1. Under Trello Integration, click Trello Boards, this feature allows you to manage the boards and members associated with the workspace within SaaSConsole.
      2. To edit a Trello Board, hover your mouse on the connected Trello Board name, and a pencil icon will appear. Click on the icon to edit the board. This will open up the Update Trello Board Modal.
      3. To edit a Board, users are allowed to update the Name of the Trello Board.
      4. Once satisfied with the Board Name, click the Update button. This action will update the board on your Trello Account.

      Disconnect from SaaSConsole

      Disconnect your Trello Integration

      Requirements:

      • Trello Integration Connection

      Steps:

      1. Login to SaaSConsole.
      2. Go to the Integration section.
      3. Locate the connected integration.

      4. Click on the Disconnect button.

      5. A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
      6. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
