Connect to SaaSConsole

Connect your Zendesk Account to SaaSConsole

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Account.

Steps:

    1. Login to SaaSConsole
    2. Navigate to the Integration section.
    3. Find Zendesk integration at https://app.saasconsole.com/integrations.
    4. Click on the Connect button.
    5. Sign in to your Zendesk account.

Manage Zendesk Groups within SaaSConsole

Connect Zendesk Groups to SaaSConsole Group

Requirements:

    Steps:


    1. Under Zendesk Integration, click on Groups. This feature allows you to manage the Zendesk groups and its members.
    2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available Zendesk Groups.
    3. Select a Group you want to connect to your SaaSConsole group and its members. This action takes the members of your SaaSConsole group and adds them as members to your selected Zendesk group.
    Create Zendesk Group through the SaaSConsole Group

    Requirements:

      Steps:


      1. Under Zendesk Integration, click on Zendesk Group. This feature allows you to manage the Zendesk groups and its members.
      2. Click on the add icon to create a Zendesk Group. This will open up the Create Zendesk Group Modal.
      3. To create a Zendesk group, the user is required to provide a Name. The user is also provided with an option to automatically connect the created Zendesk Group to the SaaSConsole group by simply checking the option on the create modal.
      4. Once satisfied with the Zendesk Group information, click the Create button. This action will create a new Zendesk Group to your Zendesk Account.
      Edit Zendesk Group through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Zendesk Group

      Steps:


      1. Under integration for Zendesk Integration, click Groups. This feature allows you to manage the Zendesk groups and its members.

      2. To edit a Zendesk Group, navigate on the connected Zendesk Group name. Click on the icon to edit the Zendesk group. This will open up the Edit Zendesk Group Modal.
      3. To edit a Zendesk group, users are allowed to update the Zendesk Group Information.
      4. Once satisfied with the Zendesk Group information, click the Update button. This action will update the Zendesk group on your Zendesk Account.
      Disconnect Zendesk Group in the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Zendesk Group

      Steps:


      1. Under Zendesk Integration, click Zendesk Group. This feature allows you to manage the Zendesk groups and its members.

      2. To disconnect a Zendesk Group, navigate to the rightmost part of the connected Zendesk group name. Click on the circle with the “x” icon to disconnect the Zendesk Group. This will open up the Disconnect Confirmation modal.
      3. Once you are sure to disconnect the Zendesk Group, click the Remove button. This action will remove the Zendesk Group in your Zendesk Account.

      Manage Zendesk Tickets within SaaSConsole

      Connect group to SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • User must have a Zendesk account.

      Steps:

      1. Under integration for Zendesk Integration, click Zendesk Tickets, this feature allows you to manage the tickets within SaaSConsole.
      2. Click on the dropdown option to view all the available unassigned tickets.
      3. Select a ticket you want to assign to your Zendesk group and connect to your SaaSConsole group.
      Reassign a Zendesk through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Users must have a Zendesk account.

      Steps:

      1. Under Zendesk Integration, click Zendesk Tickets, this feature allows you to manage the unassigned tickets within SaaSConsole.

      2. Click on the checkbox of the Zendesk Ticket you want to reassign to other Zendesk Group. 
      3. Click on the Reassign button on the upper right. This will open up the Reassign Zendesk Ticket Modal.
      4. Select the Zendesk Group you want the ticket to be reassigned and then click on the Reassign button. This action will reassign the Ticket to the Selected Zendesk Group in your Zendesk Account.
      View a Zendesk TIcket through the SaaSConsole Group

      Requirements:

      • Connected Zendesk Group with an assigned Ticket.

      Steps:

      1. Under Zendesk Integration, click Zendesk Tickets, this feature allows you to manage the unassigned tickets within SaaSConsole.

      2. To view a Zendesk Ticket, click on the eye icon under the Action column. This will open up the Zendesk Ticket information Modal.

      Disconnect from SaaSConsole

      Disconnect your Zendesk Integration

      Requirements:

      • Zendesk Integration Connection

      Steps:

      1. Login to SaaSConsole.
      2. Go to the Integration section.
      3. Locate the connected integration.

      4. Click on the Disconnect button.

      5. A modal will appear showing the connected groups, if any.
      6. Confirm the disconnection by clicking the Disconnect button.
